The football world has gone mad. Wenger is the proof.

Wenger is getting slated right left and center by a large majority, huge majority of the football world.

For startes, Moyes who is also doing a great job, is getting praised for getting the most out Everton on limited resourses. Wenger is doing exactly the same at Arsenal but hes getting slated for it cause he hasnt won anything for so long, but neither has Moyes. Now if Bradford can get to a League cup final, so can everton over the long period Moyes has been there but he hasnt. Now i know Arsenal have a better infrastucture and can pull in better players but they still had limited funds for far to long, virtually none infact. If Moyes is getting praised for getting everton competing above their weigh season after season, yet winning nothing. Then so should Wenger because thats whats hes been doing, 95% of prem teams have spent more than Arsenal over the past decade yet hes got them in the champs league every season(this season for the first time he may not but still to play for).

Liverpool, Spurs, Chelsea to name a few and spent zillions more than wenger, yet time and time again he finishes above them. Now i know he had a great sqaud and great infrastructure when all this wheelling and dealing started to keep arsenal in the top 4. Yet a great sqaud can turn to a not so great sqaud in no time if you dont keep adding to it with the right quality, or replacing like for like the quality players you lose, and Arsenal season after season keep losing their best players and dont get the added funds, only what they bring in. Fergie in his whole reign has only been in that situation once, yes once.. the only player that has left MU that probably he really really didnt want to lose is Ronaldo. This has been happening to Wenger every season for a long time. Now i loved to see what Fergie would of done if he was forced to lose.. scholes, giggs, rooney and likes which is exactly what has been happening to Wenger.

Now last season and this season are first season Arsenal have struggled some what to get champs league football but what the hell do you expect on zero net spend for a decade or so, i read one article saying hes spend an average of 2mil a season since hes took over.Thats staggering low amount for a champs league team since hes been there.

Now their is reason why Arsenal havnt been spending like other big clubs, a new stadium and a plan to clear the debt that got the stadium built. Its clear as the sky blue the plan over the past decade has been to clear the debt by spending very little and keeping getting champs league to bring in the money to clear the debt. That goal has been acheived, thats a brilliant achievement. Now next season with the fair play rules coming into play and the mega money the prem teams are gonna get season, yes mega money, completely drawfs the current deal, Arsenal are going to start spending again and it wont have any effect on the them financial as they are in a great position financially.. Nobody more than Wenger derserves to be in the Arsenal job next season to have the luxury of finally start spending again while keeping the best players, as hes one thats got them in the great position they are in. Yes they miss out champs league next but financially it doesnt matter to Aresnal now and thats down to Wenger.
